Our Instructors & Staff Members

Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.

Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff has attained mastery in this martial art and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students. Scott Koske  (Personal Trainer) Strenght and Conditioning Coach) Scott is a certified personal trainer at Brickhouse Fitness and Training Studio with certifications from: * The Cooper Institute, * National Council of Strength and Fitness, * APEX 24/5, and * CPR He has been an athletic trainer since 2004 and has been professional training since 2006. He specializes in athletic conditioning and weight loss but enjoys all aspects of training. Whether it's getting ready for your wedding of getting ready for bathing suit session, he does what he does out of love for healthier living and improving your quality of life. Scott grew up playing almost every sport he could, ranging anywhere from golf and tennis (which he played through high school) to hockey and mma. He feels that becasue of his experience he is well equiped to tackle any training challenge he faces. Scott is a young energetic guy who loves to have fun and feels that training shouldn't feel like work. He is a great fit for anyone who doesn't enjoy working out or doesn't have the motivation to do it themselves, because he feels the same way. Scott Koske
